Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to Visuan, operated by Tetiana Zhydkova, Individual Entrepreneur ("Visuan", "we", "us").

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Starter, Pro, and annual plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Time limit: The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.

Usage limit: You must have used no more than 25% of the content allowance included in your plan within the current billing period:

  • Starter Plan: refund available if you have generated 2 or fewer articles
  • Pro Plan: refund available if you have generated 5 or fewer articles
  • Annual Plans: refund available if you have generated no more than 25% of the first month's allowance

This limit ensures the guarantee can be used to evaluate the Service while preventing abuse.

Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days, you will receive a refund of the full annual amount, minus a pro-rated charge for any portion of the Service used.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original payment
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (only the first payment of a new subscription is eligible)
  • Accounts that have exceeded the usage limit described above
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of the Service or breach of our Acceptable Use rules
  • Free Plan users (no payment was made)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@visuan.ai with:

  • The email address associated with your Visuan account
  • The date of your payment
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will review your request within 5 business days and, if approved, process the refund through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically takes 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard, even if you are not eligible for a refund. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that we begin providing digital content immediately, and you may lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been substantially used. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is intended to provide protection equivalent to or better than the statutory minimum.
